Commissions
My brainstorming skills in Advertising transfer to Fine Art. I work one on one with buyers to strategize concepts and come up with ideas and art that is unique to the buyer. This is a lengthy, tedious process because unlike advertising, I am not selling a product, rather telling a story (sometimes, a very difficult story). And unlike ads, they're not deadline driven. It can take anything from 3 months - 12 months or more from start to completion. This is because I work in layers and take mental breaks from a painting so I can think about it more.
